For a television media company faced with moving from a basement office into a cavernous warehouse space initially seemed impossible, but issues of no exterior view and concerns over image were quickly overcome through a compact and efficient layout and a palette of intense color loosely based on the colors found in video test screens. 

The client's goals were achieved through an open, multi-purpose space, with exposed utilities and intensely colored gathering areas.  These form the core of the way-finding system in the office and provide energetic meeting and brainstorming moments throughout the interior.
