Former site of St-Gonzague high school, this land remained in fallow for almost 30 years. About ten projects were elaborated during these years without any success. It's in 2003 that this concept was developed to be finally accepted by the city.

Deploying itself around a central public place, the project consists in 230 units of luxurious condos with exceptional location, situated two steps from the carré St-Louis and trendy St-Denis street.

Composed of two 10 story buildings on Sherbrooke street (a swimming pool is suspended several meters above the pedestrian passage situated between the two buildings) and condo-plex of 4 floors to the back, the 333 Sherbrooke skillfully marries rock, glass, metal and brick altogether.
