The building stands in the area designate as Block 39. It aims to become a global calling for the promotion of science, through the content of its program and Architecture.
Trough this elements the project will give to the area an injection of life, creativity and innovation, as well as to become a place for meeting and exchange of information in a larger scale.

Our project is manifested as generator of the process of renovation and development of the new public and cultural area as well as the university. We propose a building that generates an event: an urban expression with a strong international presence.

We intend to occupy the site and transform it, make some guidelines for a new flowing system that will democratize it, releasing the rigid structures of the actual ¬urban organization, and giving it back to the city.

Space and buildings at the same time. The "public" becomes "private" and breaks through. The "private" is open to its environment; the soil is transformed into building blending with it. Increase the feeling of an open, continuous, fluid and unhindered space; Space of perceptions, which is dynamic and changes.

The new building stands in the urban quilt as a delicate piece shaped by a technological sculptor. 
Careful stands and extends through the ground but swiftly it emphasizes its true extent. Its presence is more than the immediate surroundings. It manifests as a large mass that solidifies fluid acquires its strong identity and generating new urban space.

The building is a piece that is displayed at its best longitudinal. That has a full extent of pouring over the highway, accompanying visually the car trajectories between the two bridges.

A fusion between the-art modelling and construction of space in three dimensions, the most delicate treatment harmonious integration with the landscape and a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency and conditioning of the building.
The strong expression field is achieved by the use of a single material, recycled black steel. A material that is specially chosen for the skin of this building to covered it with an elegant and evocative dark texture.
