Xi Shui Dong Residential Towers

The Xi Shui Dong Towers are part of a larger master plan redevelopment in the heart of Wuxi which seeks to revitalize the city’s industrial core and transform it into a vibrant residential community. The five new towers of this project sit along the banks of a picturesque, man-made canal that recalls the waterfront tradition of the old city. Landscaped parkland will surround each tower at its base, affording residents a park-like respite from the busy surrounding streets.

Phase I construction, commencing in 2011, consists of the three identical towers, each with 26 floors of ultra luxury full floor apartments. The towers are to be clad in rusticated limestone, glazed terracotta panels and bronze window trim, all of which have been carefully selected to recall the traditional building materials of the existing area.

Each apartment is approximately 435 s.m. gross area, with 3 bedrooms, private studies, open living and dining areas serviced by both Western and Chinese kitchens. A 950 s.m. triplex penthouse with library, private outdoor swimming pool and terrace will occupy the 24th to 26th floors.

The Xi Shui Dong Towers are unique in their height which affords residents panoramic views to the western foothills and southern cityscapes surrounding the site. Floor to ceiling high efficiency insulating glass windows are designed to provide unobstructed views from all major rooms in the apartments.

When completed, the 5 towers will represent a family of luxury high rise towers that form the iconic heart of the Xi Shui Dong development. Amenities will include full health club facilities, spa and underground parking. Completion is due in early 2012.
