The main public space extends over terrace and zero edge pool into the landscape through a minimally detailed glass skin. The ambiguity between interior and exterior is reinforced by the use of materials that work in both environments. This is particularly powerful in this setting where the outdoor space extends miles across Peconic Bay towards the sunset."
