RAPIDO is a new holistic approach to speeding up the process for returning residents to their homes after federally declared natural disasters. Several key systems are integrated, including community outreach, case management, housing design & construction, labor recruitment, and resource deployment. The objective is to have residents returned to their home within 12 to 20 weeks of a disaster.
