The algae are part of the landscape of San Sebastian, where the stormy days colonize its interior streets bringing their scent, color and texture to the city.

The proposal seeks to create a research center of seawater and algae of the Basque coast for use in the medical-therapeutic, nutritional and industrial. And it will medieante creating a surround of algal biomass as the building uses the resources of the place to stock up energy and create a space for innovation and experimentation more sustainable.
