The Marina Park project completely transformed a 10.5-acre site, formerly a mobil home park owned by the city of Newport Beach. The project involves new construction of a public park; a 24,000-square-foot community and sailing center building; featuring a 73' tall glass lighthouse with a cafe at its base, a 23-slip marina; a freestanding playground lighthouse feature with a restroom and slide; a themed playground; outdoor fitness circuit; parking lots; and frontage street improvements and a reconstructed 19th Street restroom building.
