Housing traditional book stacks and reading areas, it also features innovative spaces for collaboration and interaction. With a café, flexible meeting areas, audio, video, and podcast recording spaces, private study rooms, and a variety of seating arrangements, the library incorporates our expertise in interior design and retail, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive environment for all. 

The Dr. Shannon Walker Neighborhood Library stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence in community centric design, setting precedent for future endeavors in enriching the lives of our patrons. Navigating the intricate program requirements and diverse array of finishes presented distinctive challenges during construction administration. 

Schedule and budget were proportionally affected by the pandemic. A/E team and Client progressively worked to minimize cost impacts so that project scope was not reduced.
