Bestowing time with gentleness, and granting space with stories. When color and form sway within space, the clues of character and stories are subtly told, waiting for those who dwell there to unlock the beautiful chapters of life, love, and home. Surrounded by Qiantang River, with scenic views nearby, life and the landscape intertwine within Binjiang Yujing South, unveiling a pristine and fresh new chapter.

The living and dining areas blend white for walls and ceilings with warm wood tones for floors, crafting a soft and inviting space. Delicate marble veins, supple double-sided sofas, and metallic stone tables harmonize in a central living area, designed for both family joy and social gatherings.

The kitchen and dining spaces are aligned along a natural flow, using tidy cabinetry and staggered lighting to define the space. A seamless connection between island and dining table evokes a timeless simplicity, while wooden frames and leather chairs add a unique artistic flair, making the space one of ease and elegance.

The boy's room extends the white and wood foundation, introducing deep blue hues to create a refined and cozy personal retreat.

The third-floor master bedroom, designed for the parents, exudes modern simplicity with touches of art through asymmetrical lighting and curated artwork, crafting a space that balances elegance with comfort.

Natural materials like marble and wood adorn the master bathroom, while open spaces and clean lines create a serene and practical environment.

A multifunctional area on herringbone wood floors, centered around a black piano, adds a touch of symmetry and grace, providing a dance-like elegance.

Adjacent to the multifunctional space is a hidden worker's room, and a compact yet transparent fitness area with glass doors and wooden grilles, offering a space for exercise and reflection.

Merging art with life, the entrance to the underground high-ceiling space reveals layers of light and shadow, as hidden lighting interacts with natural light. The arrangement of rectangular walls emphasizes an artistic appreciation throughout.

A massive spherical art installation, made from tree rings, sits as the visual focal point, becoming a conversation piece within the high-ceiling area.

Further along, the hidden home theater contrasts with the lively fireplace and the decaying wooden forms that seem weathered by time. These sculptural pieces evoke a quiet, wabi-sabi-like beauty, providing a serene space for contemplation and meditation.
