Oracle
Where jungle majesty meets sea symphony
Nestled amidst the mesmerizing expanse of the Caspian Sea, the Oracle residence will feature 40 luxurious residential units, from 2 to 3-bedroom vacation siesta homes. The project’s octagonal shape massing is offering a simple repetitive and modular layout allowing a higher degree of customization to suit the residents need. The elegant yet simple form of external façade expression of the building reflecting the waves from the sea.
Residential floor plans have a concentric arrangement of 4 units per level, capable of being reorganized as per the market demand. Each unit has a minimum triple aspect view due to the faceted form of the building while the upper levels enjoy up to 45m long balcony with a jacuzzi.
The recessed wrapping balconies provides each apartment a generous sheltered outdoor space. Timber decking texture invites barefoot mornings and alfresco dinners and sunset cocktails, a seamless extension of the living space.
The project highlights ultra-luxury amenities such as gym, pool, outdoor terraces, sun deck, lounge area and banquet hall.
Oracle façade comprises of modular GRC cladding panels to highlight the slab edge and act as visor to reduce the and arched stainless-steel balustrade profiles creates stunning harmonies and poetic dimension to natural light.
Every aspect of Oracle Residences exudes an air of refined elegance and sophistication. Interiors are adorned with exquisite custom-designed furniture, with a timeless aesthetic that perfectly complements the architectural vision of the architect all aiming to create a sense of understated luxury that permeates every corner of the residences.
