Esteghlal Hotel project has been formed with a flexible approach in
terms of form and performance with the context of Bushehr city in the
south of iran.

The project is designed in five floors with the uses of residential
units , commercial , cafe and restaurant and a parking in -1 floor.

This versatility has been considered both in the exterior of the project
and in the design of residential spaces. In the exterior of the
building , we have tried to have a minimum of direct sunlight to the
interior spaces by rotating the modules while maintaining the rhythm and
proportions.

In designing interior spaces , inspired by the traditional architectural
patterns of Bushehr houses and combining it with modern architecture ,
an attempt has been made to design a space for travelers to experience a
sense of being in the native houses of the region in addition to
experiencing a new space. the ground floor of the complex includes lobby and commercial.

on the first floor , there is commercial , office and store (restaurant) and on the upper floor there is office and store (restaurant).commercial space include 1100 square meters and the rooms and suites are located on the second and third floors. Rooms and suites are between 20 and 45 square meters.Each suite of this hotel includes kitchen , living room and a room.roof garden With an area of 650 square meters includes restaurant , kitchen and services
