Shared Luxury Apartment Design

This three-bedroom, three-bath unit, located on billionaires row in a new building in Manhattan’s 57th street, is the perfect 'shared' space. It was purchased by 6 partners as a shared investment. They scheduled its use with each family, as well as the high-profile clients of the company they own together.

We were hired to fully furnished and equip the unit so that when any of the partners use it, they only need to bring their clothing.

This building was completed in 2016 and designed by Roger Duffy of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It is part of a surge of redevelopment on 57th Street, turning it into a luxury residential corridor that has been named "Billionaires’ Row.
