We are excited to be the firm designing the renovations for this 1930s brick building located in the Athens Square Commercial Historic District. It once served the city as a Ford dealership and was later converted into office space. Under new ownership, the building has been gutted and the design phase is well underway, with hopes of welcoming its new tenants in early 2021.
