The overall approach to this project is a revitalization of a dilapidated building by introducing new design elements that pay tribute to the past, and give the building a new meaning that is better suited for today’s urban context. The public areas of the building are sprinkled with unique artifacts; found objects that depict a story or adventure endured by fellow traveler, a wayfarer.
