Receiving an invitation to design a villa with the most beautiful view towards Tam Dao golf course, ACCESS design lab has designed a villa with 1 basement and 3 floors to fully exploit this strength of the project. With a large design requirement for usable area including common area, private area for the homeowner, accommodation area for guests and entertainment system, the design team proposed an alternating solution between public and private spaces to maximize the experience while still maintaining privacy for users.

The design team chose the direction of Tropical Modern Architecture with the desire to create a natural beauty and harmony with the general landscape of the entire area. Solid, open and closed spaces are interspersed in all three dimensions with open courtyards and open floors to create lightness in shape, optimize natural light and ventilation, and reduce energy use. electricity while creating a new experience for users of each space. 
In this project, the team's design idea so that each room has at least one private yard or balcony.
With the typical elevation difference of the Tam Dao mountain area, the basement is the entertainment area, swimming pool... arranged completely lower than the entrance hall - with 04 independent bedrooms, the 2nd floor is a common living room system. and a continuous kitchen, expanding to connect with a viewing yard.

The remaining 3rd floor is designed as an independent house with 2 bedrooms and a living room and kitchen reserved for the homeowner.
As a contemporary art collector, the homeowner chose to display a series of contemporary paintings by artist Do Minh Tam for the entire project and that is also the contemporary design direction for the interior of the project. . Materials are carefully selected to apply to every detail of the interior such as natural wood, Italian marble, matte stainless steel, Italian natural leather... to create maximum luxury and comfort while still respecting the environment. on works of art.
The jacuzzi and paddling pool system is designed to be interconnected to create a special experience with 300m2 of water surface, four-season jacuzzi room system with glass door system to ensure it can be used at any time. time of year. This swimming pool system and landscape garden are designed to connect with the grass of the golf course, creating a feeling of endless expansion.
