Gut renovation of 1700 sq ft Prewar apartment. The project objective was to create a refined and modern environment for exhibiting the owner's collection of modern art. The clients desired a flexible and efficient layout that would provide generous spaces for large dinner parties and receptions while allowing for more intimate and private environment for their daily life.
