This project encompasses an entire city block. It changes use depending on its adjacency. Commercial at one end with lofts above in the commercial core, bungalows of smaller scale on the side street opposite local bungalows, entior courtyard lofts with a walk through, multi level lofts facing the ocean and local hotels.
