Murrieta Town Center is a 38-acre center with over 400,000 sf of retailers and restaurants. Nadel's role included the repositioning of an existing suburban retail center which includes the renovation of all building facades and site landscaping.

Murrieta Town Center incorporates contemporary forms and materials into its design and will also receive an additional 14,000 sf of new food and retail opportunities.
