Founded in 2006, May Architecture + Interiors was created to pursue innovative projects across multiple fields and areas. Our commissions span a wide range of project types and sizes.
Our founding partner, Gil May, has extensive experience with large, complex projects in higher educational and institutional settings, including Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute, a $60 million, 260,000 square foot LEED Certified diagnostic, treatment and research facility. Since its inception, May Architecture + Interiors has had the honor of completing several projects with Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, and Emory University.
We pride ourselves on providing big project, large firm mentality and experience with a small firm’s agility, project focus and competitive fee. As a result, our clients work only with our A-team and receive principal level involvement, attention, and expertise consistently throughout every part of the project.
May Architecture + Interiors and its personnel are committed to designing sustainably. However, our commitment to designing sustainably does not begin and end with programs such as LEED and the Georgia Peach Green Building Rating System. We consistently incorporate sustainable design into all of our projects and also into our project processes.
