Bastien Halard is the founder and director of Halard — Halard Architecture & Design, an architecture and interior design firm based in New York City. Halard’s work encompasses residential, retail, and office architecture as well as master planning and furniture design.
Halard’s completed work, located primarily in New York and the surrounding area as well as Europe, emphasizes the harmony between classical language and contemporary sensibilities. Projects range from an Upper East Side townhouse, to a SoHo loft, or a Brooklyn warehouse. The use of raw material and attention to craftsmanship are what contribute to the aesthetic and
