Hulen Landscape Contractors has designed hundreds of residential projects throughout Illinois and Michigan. Often we are brought into a project early on as part of the design team, which consists of an architects and interior designer. We treat the landscape as an extension of the home and view garden spaces as outdoor rooms; the garden and home become one. Design direction is derived from three sources: the client, the actual site, and the architectural style of the building.

Hulen Landscape Contractors was founded by Colleen Hulen in 2003.  Hulen and her and talented staff work each year to build a loyal client base providing the highest standard of design, craftsmanship and customer service. We are comprised of the most creative designers with expertise in landscape architecture, architecture, horticulture, sustainability and LEED requirements.
