The Broward County Construction Management Division consists of a group of 28 design and construction professionals, made up of administrators, architects, engineers and construction managers who direct the planning, design and construction process for new and renovated County facilities. Our client base consists of all County agencies except for Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Our projects range anywhere from space planning studies and small office renovations to multimillion dollar new construction programs.  We have managed award winning designs that  strive to include the stakeholder, contractor, architects and engineers in a cooperative team environment. Using sustainable strategies, obtaining LEED project certifications and making conscientous building systems choices based on life cycle analysis, CMD is preparing for an evolving environmental future. But most of all we strive to serve the multiple needs of the residents of Broward County Florida.
