We implement Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) principles to greater collaborate with the design and construction teams starting from pre-schematic all the way through project closeout. IPD integrates and encourages interaction between the design team, contractor, and client from the beginning of the project through its completion. We are able to provide a much more cohesive, accurate, and efficient design that adds value across the entire lifecycle of the project through the use of advanced computer-aided design and BIM technology.
