FORMAVISION is a creative studio that delivers original design work and engaging experiences internationally through a curated community of designers, fine artists, and creative producers. Led by creative director Sebastien Leon Agneessens, we search to tap into the cultural relevancy of brand philosophy, mission and strategy to create a platform for conversation, inspiration and exchange.

Formavision was founded in 2003 in New York City, and is now located in Los Angeles.
