Rick Choate, as Principal of the firm with over thirty years of experience, is solely dedicated to parking planning
and design. He understands what role experience, talent, enthusiasm and attention to the Owner’s needs mean.

We prefer, as a firm to have "hands on" principal involvement with all of our client's projects, to stay close to the design process and maintain experienced professionals on staff to meet that goal.
