Nia is a diverse and inclusive team of architects, urbanists, and designers with extensive knowledge and experience in architecture, design, and construction in Chicago and Washington DC. We were founded by a Nigerian immigrant, and the majority of our staff are immigrants or the children of immigrants. This diversity and inclusiveness fuels our creativity and drive that produces some of the best work in the country.
