PDS Studio Inc is an architectural firm located in Los Angeles, founded by principal architect, Philip K. Chan. We are a team of inspired and motivated designers dedicated to creating beautiful architecture. Our practice focuses primarily on high-end residential homes and apartment buildings throughout Southern California, with over a million square feet of new construction designed since inception to date. Our work has won multiple design awards, including the oldest design awards in the nation!
