ARCHITECTON was founded in 2001 and is based in Moscow. At present it is one of the leading companies in the architectural services market in Moscow, both for residential and public development projects. Among ARCHITECTON’s clients are the Presidential Affairs Administration of the Russian Federation, Moscow City Government, different government structures of the CIS countries, Provincial Governments of the Republic of the Philippines, as well as a number of large private clients.
ARCHITECTON is one of the few Russian companies that develops projects in tropical regions and regularly participates in international competitions. Among ARCHITECTON’s projects are residential buildings and communities, private residences and cottage settlements, urban planning projects, hotel and resort complexes, public buildings, commercial and trade facilities, restaurants an interior decoration projects.
The Chief Executive Officer and Lead Architect of ARCHITECTON is Alexander Zusik, Doctor of Architecture, UNESCO award winner, member of the Union of Architects of the USSR (since 1976). One of Dr Zusik’s most important early works is the Government House of Kirghizia (1977–84).
Some of the company’s most important recent Government projects include the residences of the President of the Russian Federation in Bocharov Ruchey (2004) and the Riviera (2003-2004), the Winter Garden of the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow (2003), Japanese cuisine official restaurant Misato for the Presidential Affairs Department (2008), which was awarded the Gold Palm in Leaders Club Internаtional competition.
During the time that the company exists over 300 of ARCHITECTON’s projects have been built.

2010: Landscape Architecture Festival:

2010: First International Festival of Innovative Technology in Architecture and Building “Green Project”, nominated for First Prize.
2010: Exhibition at Yuchengco Museum in Manila, Philippines.

ARCHITECTON participates in international architectural competitions in different countries. Over the last few years we have completed projects for the Urban Renewal International Design Ideas Competition “Penang Rifle Range Housing” in Malaysia; the Arquitectura/Icono Urbano in Guadalajara Mexico; the Cleveland International School K12 in Cleveland, USA; the Favazzina Viaduct Resort in Calabria, Italy; the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Taichung Culture Centre in Taiwan.
In 2013 ARCHITECTON won the international competition held by the Government of the Chechen Republic for “Akhmat Tower” – a high-rise multifunctional tower in the centre of Groznyi, Chechnya.
