The firm is led by AIA-member Principals Jerry Rubino, Joe Di Cara, Allen BArnett, Allison Sroka and Rodney Watkins who collectively possess, on average, over 40 years of dedicated experience in the design and planning field. Di Cara | Rubino not only employs advanced technology in the delivery of its professional services, but also encourages sustainable design and LEED principles. Principals Joe Di Cara and Allen Barnett are LEED-accredited professionals and lead the firm as Sustainability Directors and advise our clients on ways to invest in clean renewable energy, while also positively affecting a their bottom line. The firm has implemented several large-scale renewable energy projects across New Jersey.
