Heritage creates homes with a timeless quality. In order to achieve this, we endeavor to base our design on historical archetypes, or styles. We do our best to avoid fads and trends, knowing that what is “in” today will most likely be “out” tomorrow. However, by studying and accurately basing our work on homes that have stood for decades, or even centuries, we know that our homes will also age with grace.
All this must of course be balanced with the practicality of the structure in terms of its specific use. Our exteriors and interiors must always represent the specific needs and desires of the individuals who will be living there, and we go spend an extensive amount of time with our clients to ensure that their home is truly custom.
