About the Firm:

Sebastian Eilert Architecture – S.E.A. - provides sustainable Architecture, Space Planning and Interior Design Services in South Florida and the Caribbean.

We are pleased to be the first firm in the South Florida region to provide climate specific sustainable consulting services.

The firm was founded in 2006 by Sebastian Eilert, AIA, LEED as principal.

S.E.A. is a full service consultant based firm. Projects are designed, managed and supervised by the firm with a number of experienced outside consultants to assist with project specific requirements. This approach allows the firm to successfully complete any size project within the desired schedule and budget.
