SAMACH + SEO Architecture and Planning LLP is a New York based international design practice.

Raphael Samach and DB Seo, the founding partners, combine over 50 years of experience throughout the US and in over 20 countries and across all seven continents. As a result, they intimately understand the unique cultural, contextual, and economic conditions that are imbedded in every project.

They practice architecture that is born out of human needs, and deeply rooted in the cultures of the communities they serve.

SAMACH + SEO's practice focuses on sustainable urban planning, mixed use projects, commercial, residential, hospitality and civic buildings.

Their designs always strive to maximize the value of these projects for their clients, the buildings users and the public.

Current projects range from: Rawabi, an unprecedented town-building project in the West Bank of Palestine; a new Agrarian Eco Town in a remote inland region of Bahia, Brazil; Novi Nis, a dramatic master plan for the adaptive reuse of a former military camp in Niš, Serbia  and The RBM Development, a new urbanism mixed use development in suburban Cincinnati on the site of an abandoned manufacturing facility that consists of an all suite hotel and conference center  and an adjacent mixed use complex consisting of  destination retail and restaurants, office buildings and community space.
