Founded in 2010 by James Brazil [AUS] + Nicholas Waissbluth [CAN], uAbureau is an international collaborative design studio based out of Spain, Canada and Colombia. We are a dynamic team of urbanists, architects, designers, artists and constructors working at various scales from urban research + development to material prototyping, within industry and academic realms, to promote and showcase social + participatory design build projects.

uAbureau can be described as a global ‘cloud’ network addressing a new disciplinary territory at the intersection of urbanism, architecture, construction and technology. Engaging both theoretical and formal processes, we are a studio focusing on the cultural framework that embodies the built environment.
