Since our founding in 1987, we have completed more than 500 commissions, 35,000 guestrooms and twenty-one million square feet of meeting space. We have experience with a number of upscale hotel brands and operators including Marriott, Hilton, Fairmont, Hyatt, InterContinental, Kimpton, Omni, Regent, Ritz-Carlton, Starwood and Wyndham. Additionally, more than 50% of our portfolio includes renovations and expansions to existing properties.

With each assignment, we seek innovative ways to perfect revenue-generating components, identify energy/cost saving materials and applications, optimize functionality, and ultimately enhance our client’s experience.
