Founded by Eunjeong Seong and Michael Bell, Visible Weather focuses on energy, economics and innovation in the future of cities. In a parallel path process we work with partners from materials, manufacturing, and environmental engineering. Visible Weather brings a broad range of expertise to the subject of housing, urban design and development. Partners have included Transsolar, Buro Happold and Arup in engineering as well as Common Ground Community, Community Solutions, the Jersey City Housing Authority and the Bridgeport Housing Authority in housing. We collaborate with the Center for Design Research, Stanford University, School of Engineering and partners in advanced industry and manufacturing. We focus on products as well as their economies expanding what is possible in design and people’s lives.
