The Senior Staff members who make up the core of LAFAZIA ARCHITECTURE (resumes are included) have over 100 combined years of experience as practicing architects and construction managers. Prior to forming LAFAZIA ARCHITECTURE, the core staff has worked for some of the largest architectural firms and construction firms in New York and New Jersey on their largest and most complex projects.

LAFAZIA ARCHITECTURE has, and always will be, a generalist firm. We do not focus too heavily on one market or building type. As architects, we need to be flexible and facile with any problem that comes into the office. We have our core Practice Areas—Science & Technology/ Healthcare, Education, Commercial/ Interiors and Residential—where we excel, but we’re always looking forward to that new project that will challenge our problem solving skills and stimulate our creativity.

Since forming LAFAZIA ARCHITECTURE, we have completed a diverse range of projects from renovations to new buildings for healthcare; pharmaceutical, R&D and educational laboratories; residential and cultural facilities projects. Our approach embraces a range of possibilities within each project. We strive to design sustainable and energy-efficient buildings that function holistically within their environment and to produce the finest quality architecture with respect to programmatic and budgetary constraints. Our Senior Staff is either LEED accredited or pursuing accreditation.
