CDA is an engaged architectural firm with a 25 year history, working on a broad range of building types with clients in the private and public sectors, which includes public agencies (Schools & Airports), non-profits, non-profit housing developers and commercial clients.
CDA's private and public sector projects include educational facilities, multi-family housing, health clinics, cultural facilities, commercial tenant improvements and historic preservation. Currently, we are working with San Francisco International Airport, Mission Housing Development Corporation/ Bridge Housing, Mission Neighborhood Centers, San Francisco Unified School District and PODER.
CDA offers a unique office environment, in contracts to larger firms, in that staff is able to work on a variety of projects in every phase of design.
CDA's believes in reinvestment in community, with project such as the City Wide Latino Context Statement and the 24th Street Urban Design Plan. CDA has been program and event sponsor's for the City & County of San Francisco, Mexican Museum, Cesar Chavez Parade & Festival, Chicana/Latino Foundation, Brava Theater, PODER, Mission Language and Vocational School, Loco Bloco and other Bay Area non-profits.
