arqOrti is focused on providing premier design and consulting services to its clientele.

Having honed his professional skills working under some of the Region's most talented Architects since 1990, Mr. Ortiz has had the opportunity to participate and direct the design and construction of an impressive catalog of significant architectural projects throughout the the Rio Grande Valley Region and the State of Texas.
