Guillermo Rosende & Associates Architects (grAA) is a Chilean architectural firm with over 30 years of experience.

grAA has development in recent years educational flagship projects. The Santiago College School, currently under construction and won through a private open contest. 12 new headquarters buildings for INACAP _The Technological University of Chile, developed between 2000 and 2011, and in full expansion plan.

Another important project is The University of Los Andes, with the building of ESE Business School and other residential, corporate and real estate buildings.

The experience of more than 6.458.346 feet2 (600.000 m2) under specific orders (not repeatable) in projects ranging from 53.820 to 430.560   feet2 (5.000 to 40,000 m2). grAA has led to focus on obtaining ISO 9001certification for the period 2007 to 2012 in such projects.

Working together with international consultants has been important in the development of highly complex projects, such as ESE Business School, where he was advised of the North American architectural firm of Boston: Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbot (SBRA associates architects).
