With 25+ years of large scale architecture and interiors project experience Charles was a VP and Studio Leader for two major national firms with international practices. His role then and over the last three years with his own consultancy has involved business development, winning high quality projects, building & maintaining client relationships, leadership of project teams to achieve design excellence & sustainability, strategic programming & planning, interior architecture & FF&E.

Throughout his career he has served in various roles as Principal-in-Charge, Project Director or Project Manager on major projects, internationally, nationally or regionally recognized through awards and publications. The breadth of his portfolio includes corporate headquarters, public & private office facilities, urban mixed-use, adaptive re-use and other special use projects, such as courts, museums and community planning.
