Founded in 2005, Barrett Design LLC is an architecture and real estate development company based in Brooklyn, NY. Acting on the belief that good design and successful development are not mutually exclusive, but in fact complimentary, the firm has designed and completed nine residential condominium projects in Brooklyn to date, with three others in development. In our ten years of work we have built a reputation for high quality design, cultivated strong community relationships, and generated exceptional returns for our investors.

Combining architecture and real estate development creates an agile and dynamic organization where we are our own client, and are exclusively responsible for site selection, programming, budget, and schedule. Our design freedom is tempered only by our own intentions, site constraints, and the local regulatory environment.
