Utilizing state-of-the-art computer hardware and software, our staff consolidates information furnished by our clients and/or gathered by ECS field teams and enters the data into a computer graphics and/or facility databases. Reports are then generated to track information critical for the ongoing management and engineering activities over the entire project lifecycle.
In the past 10 years, ECS had been responsible for the creation of over 200-million square feet of facility databases. Our professionals work closely with key client staff members in developing databases as well as implementing the proper standards and procedures that ensure the ongoing accessibility of the information vital to the efficient management of their building portfolios.
We are not architects, engineers or designers. In fact, ECS’ key market sectors include architectural and engineering firms for whom we subcontract -- or directly team with for CAD, CAFM and “as-built” development projects.
