Field Object Lab is an architecture and landscape design consultancy based in Boston.

The name itself serves as a manifesto, highlighting our commitment to exploring the rich interplay between individual architectural elements ('objects') and their broader environmental contexts ('fields'), within an experimental and innovative framework.

At the core of our philosophy, field object lab undertakes projects that resonate deeply with individuals and leave a lasting impact. we believe that architecture transcends the physical realm, awakening deep contemplation, ideas, memories, connections, and emotions among those who experience it.

Yang Fei, as the founder, completed his B.arch. at SWJTU before furthering his master studies at Harvard. with experience practicing architecture in New York, Boston, Shanghai, and Beijing, Yang brings a diverse and sensitive perspective to every design.
