AAA office is an architecture studio with a focus on residential buildings, public works and urban planning, founded in 2012 by Lucio Serpagli and Alessandro Gattara in Parma. They have obtained over 20 awards in national and international competitions for their innovative architecture, perfectly integrated into the context.
Lucio Serpagli was a professor at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma. In 2012, Serpagli and Monica Bruzzone published "Le Radici Anonime dell'Abitare Moderno" (Franco Angeli). In 2015, Gattara and Vittorio Gallese contributed "Embodied Simulation, Aesthetics and Architecture" to "Mind in Architecture" (Mit Press).
In 2016, the project for the Sorbolo middle school (Parma) won the MIUR Ideas Competition for Innovative Schools. In 2018, AAA office was invited to the Architecture Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, exhibiting the project on the Borgo di Compiano square in the Italian Pavilion.
