FLO was founded in London in 2014, and started practicing in Shanghai since 2016. FLO combines global experience with project actualization expertise. FLO is a representation of flowing in-between and outside of its boundaries. It symbolizes the endless vitality of the landscape, and also stands for our attitude towards four-dimensional space time in place-making. We constantly explore ideas outside-the-box in search for imaginative design possibilities.

FLO is an innovative landscape design firm led by three partners who have worked internationally and domestically with renowned landscape masters such as Gustafson Porter and Martha Schwartz, with project experiences ranging from urban public realms, commercial office and retail, to boutique residential and hotels. We believe in design originality and strong narrative in every site-specific spatial expression. Our principles of ‘Honest, Simple, and Energetic’ approach is what we seek to deliver in every project.
