Benjamin Rose was born out of necessity. Our owner, Seth Rosenberger, had started his career in real estate, helping clients manage their renovation projects before sale. It quickly became clear that finding skilled craftsman was very difficult and finding a reliable contractor was even more elusive. He discovered that most contractors were not willing to pick up the phone, let alone provide transparent price quotes and communicate  effectively in order to make your project truly succeed. It was then and there that Seth decided to learn the trades and and fill the void by providing high quality workmanship coupled with outstanding project management services.
