We are PAD. a multi-disciplinary design studio, based in New Jersey, that specializes in multi-scalar building design projects. Our designs are not only intended to be beautiful, but efficient as well. We are focused on creating captivating and timeless architecture through design logistics. Our continued evaluation of individualized circulation allows us to cater custom design layouts directly to our clients. Moreover, we continue to concentrate on the implementation of new means and methods of construction and design practices, by maintaining a constant understanding of ever evolving technology and standards.

Our PAD team has had an incredible opportunity to work on several residential and commercial projects, with a concentration of projects in New Jersey and the Greater New York area. Our projects range from anything as small as a detailed bathroom renovation, to large-scale multi-use developments.
