Vincent Martineau Architect P.C. – VMAPC – was founded in 2008 in New York City. Our work covers a wide range of project types, in particular, residential apartment buildings, and the planning and design of higher education academic facilities.

Based in New York City, we are very well versed in the local planning standards, the intricacies of the various applicable codes and interactions with the department of buildings and other city agencies.

We have accumulated over the years a reliable network of consultants and resources in the industry that allow us to optimize our design and find solutions to unique situations, as every project is unique.
