Nicholas Renard graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2002 with a Bachelors degree of Architecture. He holds a NCARB certificate and is a licensed architect in Florida and Ohio. He has practiced in Ohio, South Carolina and Florida. His work experience ranges from working with large international design firms to a small two person firm.
In 2015 Nicholas founded Renard Architecture, after seven years as the co-founder and architect of record for Cote Renard Architecture. Over his career he has been recognized with design awards by the American Institute of Architects, Jacksonville Historical Society and competition juries.
